This was wrong. My expertise was required for work at the office of the open house. It's loud as all get out in here. 2 attorneys retired after 50 years.

My wife made the mistake of ordering them as an appetizer at a restaurant. I knew better and didn’t partake because I know they’re nasty. The middle one tried one and played it off as though she liked them because she’s a devious little shit and wanted to convince her sister to try them as well. The youngest tried them and literally spit them onto the table. I found it hilarious. The middle one found it hilarious. The youngest and my wife were less amused.

I love them. I don't like the fried ones that are considered a trendy appetizer these days though. Blanched and sauteed is the way to go.
