The Palo Alto Screwjob

This is rich. When the refs are against you on the final drive of the game it is damn near impossible to win

Eh.
if you’re up by 17, that final drive really doesn’t matter much.
That’s how Kansas State beat the trees.

Oregon was without several players due to injury.
They were without their offensive coordinator.
They were going up against the refs.

Polls need to make this right and understand this.
They didn’t wanna be there?

Meanwhile I'm watching this giant pile of crap on recording because some ass hat decides to schedule their wedding on a Fall football Saturday.

Ducks got a BYE next week, can't schedule the stupid ceremony next weekend even?
You can’t stop true love bro.

Is anyone kidding anyone with how this game ended? That final drive was complete and utter horse shit. I have painfully re-watched that "Holding" call in the end zone at the end of the game and not only is it no different then the play before, Stanford themselves PUSHED OFF. If there is any penalty on that play maybe offensive PI???

I dont know who sent the call in, or why they sent the call in, but that final drive for Stanford was assisted by the officials. It's clear to everyone how Oregon got absolutely robbed in that game. We can only hope the pollsters realize this, as they should, and keep Oregon in the top 9.

Oregon came back after a bad start and completely dominated Stanford in the second half. Football is a game of two halves, it makes a complete game, and sometimes you have a bad drive, quarter, half, etc. but it's how you finish. Oregon finished that game completely dominating Stanford and completely overpowering them. Oregon's comeback win was robbed by terrible officiating.
A legit #3 doesn’t have to play catch up to Stanford.

Sucks going into OT when your best defender, who caused multiple false starts due to Stanford OLine pissing themselves at having to go up against him, because the refs say his hit was too hard.
They didn’t even call that targeting, the booth reviewed it and did, because it was clearly targeting by the definition.

Quit being such a little bitch all the time.

Oregon started off rough. They were without their OC. Yet, after a bad start they came rolling back and completely took control of the game. Stanford happens to get the ball back with some time remaining and then the refs just take over.
This is week 5. Even with the OC absent, his system is still in place.

Did he have a wedding to attend also?

Excuses, Excuses, Excuses.

Agreed with OP. Refs just flat out handed the game to Stanford, yet if one of the Oregon players decided to lay out a ref as payback, you'd all be calling that player a thug. The refs have no accountability and they need to be kept in check. "fuck us over, we'll fuck you up" should be the standard.

If 0reg0n runs the ball at the end of the game instead of preserving clock (throwing ball ) the trees never have a chance for the refs to "hand" them the game...

Quit being such a little baby turd. I buried my brother yesterday on a football Saturday.

This is just a rumor, but I've heard that two of the officiating crew got blisters from wearing Nikes this very week
