Eh. I don’t see it as much of a fuck up. If he stays then Morton is up and most likely out of the inning. If he doesn’t go and it drops, that’s hard to get to third safely and youre obviously not scoring. Take the chance and it hope it drops.

Not very many games where RHH Ozzie sucks....unfortunately today is one of them
 
That's why I'm not a fan of the short rest decision. Now we're gonna have to go to Milwaukee to face Corbin Burnes without a fully rested Charlie who is money in winner take all games.

And Ozzie needs to be benched for his lack of situational hitting in this series.

And Duvall needs to learn how to run bases.

Yeah wasn't a fan of Charlie starting on short rest with a lead. Even so, he should've been pulled as soon as he had a runner on and missed on the throw over
 
Guarantee that woke the Brewers bats up too.

We'll lose by 10 tonight and game 5 will just be a formality to end our season

It was clear he was done after the walk. He couldn't locate. I don't like the idea of wasting a start from an ace because they're not fully rested.

I'm confident in Fried, but he doesn't have the postseason history Morton does, I'd feel a lot better about game 5 if we had a fully rested Charlie going. We're gonna have to swap zeroes against Burnes and hopefully get to the pen.

This game is over.
 
Could have been a lot worse, but 2 runs is insurmountable when the offense flat out refuses to have good ABs and manufacture runs.
