I just ate some oikos triple zero greek yogurt with a couple tbs of grape nuts thrown in. It sucked.
I like to make a molotov cocktail. Unsweet almond milk, cup of greek yogurt, cup of protein powder, mix with chia seeds and whatever fruit is handy.
