Thursday Norwegian Thread

I work out early in the morning. After workouts, I drink a shake I make with about 1.5 cups of frozen fruits & berries, 4 tbs pea protein, 2 tbs hemp protein and some peanut butter. That's about 41 g of protein.

I drink the muscle milk shit in the afternoons.

Bowl of oatmeal. About an hour later protein shake or milk w liquid egg whites. 1-2 chicken breasts every day w rice or veggies or potato for lunch. Gallon of water throughout the day. On lift days I’ll eat two servings of dinner (typically some kind of beef or chicken dish). I do that M-F. Weekends are a little different with all the running around.

Next time you’re there grab these. Put them in an air fryer.

I like to make a molotov cocktail. Unsweet almond milk, cup of greek yogurt, cup of protein powder, mix with chia seeds and whatever fruit is handy. I feel so jacked I want to fuck the neighbors dog

Well they actually have a couple. One appears to be a basset hound and the other is seems to be a jack russell mix. Which is great for me because sometimes I like to go slumming
