Under the Porch with the Guide Bear!

I hope you dont blurt out to people that you " have a great friend name Peter Goes In Tight!"
Hey Petey! I just use the German, and proper btw, pronunciation and nobody knows any difference, at first, until they catch on!

I got back home a little bit ago, I will catch up soon! Good to be home, Loam Sweet Loam to any gardeners out there!

This is the box kite I didn't get to see put up in the sky, harrrumphhh!

But I was WAY more impressed with the home made reel for letting the kite out and bringing in. He holds it up against his body just like those heavy duty deep sea rigs... The reel has a small drum brake in the hub which is controlled by a bicycle brake lever. I love cool ass contraptions an stuff like that.John's box kite.jpg

Having met the Guide Bear in person to receive my pink BB gun prize for having come in 4th in a FN pick ‘em (#1 abstained), I can attest to him being in the pic.
Do you still have that rifle? It's a slick air rifle because it can shoot BOTH BBs and pellets and it is pretty accurate with pellets.

Okay friends, here is a pic of the rocking chairs that Jimmy makes. He tole me he made about a dozen of these so far. And they sell for as much as $3,500. He is as much an artist as he is a wood smith. He lives near Roseburg, Oregon and he sells his wares once a year at some local dunce craft festival. My brother Jimmy is a Dunce Crafter extraordinaire!

there’s a 5 star resort hotel in hawaii that I know and each time I go to it I love sitting in chairs similar to that one. They are extremely comfortable. I’ve always tried to find out where they got them.

Jimmy's chairs are a copy (not a replica) of a famous designer but I can't remember his name and the designer has one of his rocking chairs in the Smithsonian or one of those big famous museums. When I get the details straight I will tell them to you.

But check out my old tool bag, I got it back when I went to Ohio. I sure am glad I got it back!

Have bag, will travel!

Do the toilets at that hotel have bidets?

My he-hag has three girls and the youngest is 18 now but when they were still kids for Easter 2014 I got each of them an air gun and I made cases for them too. It might be unusual but I keep their air guns at my house. I suppose it's because their parents aren't too keen on arms and what have you and whatnot. Plus their yard is surrounded by other homes, both sides and back and my backyard is airgun friendly.

When I made these cases I didn't know it but it was practice for building cabinets!

This pistol is really cool! Look how it opens to cock it. It only cocks once and check out the pump where the air gets compressed, I sorta have a thing for contraptions that are people powered, air guns, bicycles, etc...

I've heard of that guy.
His name was Rock.

Rock N. Chair.

Yes, I do.

So, I hadn’t fired a shotgun since a dove hunt in 1981. I took my 1930s Hunter Arms 12 gauge Fulton side-by-side to a sporting clays range and shot at five stations. Forty years and the wrong gun and I still hit 67% of my targets. Missed four because I failed to take the safety off after reloading.
