It's Ye ole Tuesday

they still had those when I was little, but I think you were supposed to send cash, not a bonds.

May have seen involving baseball cards too
Using money was illegal at the time. I think the savings bond angle was a way around that.

Like most pyrammidal schemes, you end up losing money.

My lesson cost only $25. Folks in Amway and such don't always get off as easy.
i think with Amway, you're only out what you spend on training materials, etc

and of course all your friends and family who don't want to hear about amway or sign up to be an amway rep

could be, maybe it was just baseball cards instead of cash or something. I know I got a letter, once from a friend, I didn't participate

There are multiple scams going on. There's buying training materials, attending motivational seminars, and buying monthly inventory you need to unload on other suckers.

I've got some Ugg slippers. Really comfy. I wear them to take my kids to the bus stop. All the neighborhood MILFs admire my footwear and subsequently think about having sex with me.

Ugg slippers eh

Did you come out to your family (to steal your own line)

i didn't think you had to actually buy the inventory, but not an expert

in college someone tried to get me to be a quixtar rep, which was owned by amway, just their online version

I'm not a fan of any business model that revolves around pimping your friends and family.
Mrs Pnk has bought candles, cake mixes, pans, over priced vitamins, etc to support friends/family "business"

Although, not in a long time.

I believe they fully mature after like 20 years. But you can still cash them early

Yeah but you take a "penalty" or something like that come tax time or at the time you cash them out if you do

I understand your thought process, and must admit that if I heard a dude talking about his Ugg slippers, I would assume that at the very least, he likes giving hand jobs.

HOWEVER! These specific slippers are NOT gay, and I will fuck any dude that says otherwise!
