Soooo....put an offer on a house. $20k under asking. They countered to $10k under.

House is a little quirky (kitchen and dining are in the "basement" part of a split level), but I think it can work. Great area... Less than a 10 minute walk to the "historic downtown" restaurants, shops, markets, etc, and about 10 minute walk to a grocery store. Close to parks, and easy access to bike paths.

It misses on things, but the location/price is pretty good.... Just not sure exactly what to do next.

Ive always suspected dentists of being full of shit. There is no way to prove them wrong or right other than going to another shady dentist.
