10 year anniversary today. Had to cancel our trip to steakhouse though, I'm getting over a cold, Mrs is recovering from a tooth removed yesterday. So takeout from local italian place it is

should be going to gopher game tomorrow

Soooo....put an offer on a house. $20k under asking. They countered to $10k under.

House is a little quirky (kitchen and dining are in the "basement" part of a split level), but I think it can work. Great area... Less than a 10 minute walk to the "historic downtown" restaurants, shops, markets, etc, and about 10 minute walk to a grocery store. Close to parks, and easy access to bike paths.

It misses on things, but the location/price is pretty good.... Just not sure exactly what to do next.
