Funny you wait until after I have done this for three weeks now. When I posted it the first time, I said it works itself out as the season progresses. It does not factor in bias, how much of a blue blood a team is, head to head games, etc. Winning percentage, opponents win loss record, opponents opponents win loss record, and a penalty each week for a weak schedule. The weak schedule part can change each week. Hence, Oklahoma playing a bad Kansas team. If hooplanation chooses not use this week's, poll, so be it. They have had no problem with the last few weeks that have been posted.
 
@Knight&Day Interesting how you have 2-loss Auburn above 2-loss Penn State, who is above 1-loss Iowa.

I’ve got so many issues with your ranking I don’t know where to start. I mean WF at 7!

It must have killed you to leave Coastal Carolina out.

I hate moving teams that had byes that week. Both Iowa and Auburn were off, so they're exactly where they were last week.

WF is a P5 team that hasn't lost yet. CC a G5 team that lost. At this point, UTEP is 25th to piss someone like you off
