Its likely because the Braves play in the deep south & are cheered heavily by predominantly red states (what the heck is your problem, Georgia?!).

It’s because we knocked off the media’s favorite best team ever.

This is the matchup the media and commissioner least wanted to see and they’re venting. It’s the matchup I most wanted to see. My favorite team vs the team I like the most in the AL
