How many gallons of Milk do you go through a week?

Maybe 2 or 3 gallons a year nowadays, but I live alone and only use milk if I'm having a bowl of cereal. When I was a kid my family of 5 was wiping out a gallon a day for the most part.

$2.79 for a gallon of milk? That don't sound right......

A lot. But this is how I eat my cereal every morning

1/2 gallon of almond milk every week. For my 310 Nutrition shakes/smoothies.

2 young kids, and I go through about a gallon a week. This McPoyle family does things differently, it seems.
I go through about a liter a week and I have noticed the price creeping up.

might be cheaper to go the oat milk route soon

I don't give a shit about the politics, inflation, or anything except how in the hell do you go through 12 gallons of Milk a week..

,

the Stotlers should downgrade to skim milk or 1%

3 teenage boys that like cereal for breakfast and sometimes supper.

3 gallons

We're one of the few species (maybe the only one) that consumes another animal's milk, and we're the only species to develop on the level we have. Correlation isn't causation, etc., but other people who have studied these things suggest that there's a pretty strong link between dairy and modern society.

The wife and I go through about a gallon a month. Mostly for smoothies and an occasional bowl of cereal. $2.79 a gallon is pretty steep though. I have seen the price of groceries go up slightly over the past couple of months but that is an outrageous price.
