You don't think the staff hears the calls for their heads? If they think Morris gives them better odds in tight/late games they are going to cover their own asses. Which just makes more of us call for their heads.

Morris is also a freshman? I thought he was an upper classmen and that was why he was startinf

Red shirt vs true freshman. Dillan was there for those 4 games that weren't really games last year. That's the basis this shit staff starts him.

Just like Frost, plays a QB with a bad wheel & broken jaw that needs surgery. But we have a guy with 2 years in the system for back up QB.

I’ve watched a few uw games and not in any of the games I’ve seen have I seen Morris throw confidently beyond 5 yards, except that one pass to beat Stanford

The dumb part is even if the backup/true frosh is somehow worse it actually gives them an excuse. There really is no legit reason not to run him. They aren't playing for anything this year outside of playing spoiler so build for next year. Get kids reps. Morris won't be the guy so go with the other two and see what sticks.

Lake is fine though. Maybe your OC but Lake isn’t going anywhere. Can Cohen really afford to say she missed on both revenue sports hires?

He's made quite a few in the 10-15y range, but he's no deep threat. He's bad and so are the play designs/calls. It's not a winning combination.
