2015 Alabama coaching staff

LSU in 2004:

HC: Saban
OC: Jimbo
DC: Muschamp
RB/STC: Derek Dooley
DB Coach: Kirby Smart

you mad me until i saw Derek Dooley

@Volbound1700 put this domer in his place

:pound:

Dooley had decent offenses at times, the guy just could not recruit to save his butt.

I think some of the USC Trojan staff around 2004/2005 were pretty loaded. Pete Carroll had Lane Kiffin, Ed Odgeron, and Steve Sarkisian on his staff.

Don't get me wrong he was awful as a HC at Tennessee, but he's been a pretty good position coach in CFB and NFL for a very long time now.

He has had mixed results. He fell flat during his OC tenure at Missouri.

Yeah, admittedly didn't do good in that role. He's probably best suited as a position coach.

the 2021 Michigan coaching staff is pretty loaded:
HC Jim Harbaugh

Now THAT is stacked :pound:

You had:

Nick Saban- HC
Kirby Smart- DC
Lane Kiffin- OC
Mario Cristobal- O-Line
Mel Tucker- Defensive Backs
Billy Napier- Wide Receivers

Is that the most loaded coaching staff of all time?

The head coaches of the top four in the CFP rankings is pretty strong.

Everybody on that staff is still coaching at a high level...or was, what's going on with Cochran?
