This Delta 8 THC stuff ain't so bad.

I have started using cocaine occasionally again like maybe twice a month on a Friday or Saturday night, I take an Aderrall so I can stay up all night

No idea what this Delta 8 and 9 shit is.

But when I asked on EuroHoop, a bunch of fags got real faggy about it.

I’ll just keep smoking weed and not giving af. I’m never taking a drug test again without a warrant/court order.

The last two jobs I had didn’t require a test. I assumed companies are moving away from it now.

If I get called in for a random, I'll just say sorry on my way to get the vaccine
IIRC you work from home(EDIT or in isolation). IF that is the case, confess to covid symptoms, that will buy you 10-21 days.
Not once was someone required to re-test on a diluted sample.
Our policy changed in the early 2000s so that a diluted sample equated to a positive. That was at a major chemical plant though.

My company had levels of security clearances involved for my employees.

All that I was provided by the testing centers I'd hire was a printout sheet with 'Negative' or 'Positive' next to the list of substances they tested for. Each one had the @ 15% threshold next to it.
The sheet would also indicate sometimes (in a different box) "Diluted".
I would simply forward copies to the defense contractor. They never once asked for a retest of diluted samples.
I paid for the tests as part of the contract, so it wasn't them saving money.
I also had to give two breathalyzer tests a year per the contracts.

My personal opinion is I didn't care what my employees did on their spare time. All I cared about was that they weren't drunk or high on the job.

They need a means (similar to a breathalyzer) to test if an employee is under the influence of drugs at the moment of testing.

I don't care if an employee smoked a bowl last Friday night.

True story: in late 2015 I was doing consulting for a huge company. Wasn't even an employee and don't remember giving them the right to test me but the HR gal comes in and tells me to report for a piss test on the spot. I was almost done with the gravy job and just grinned and said "I'll save you $325 right now and walk straight out that door over there." She actually appreciated it and because I had gone above and beyond my contract, she facilitated my immediate and amicable exit, sans drug test. :D

We may have processed the tests on site at the time. At the peak, we employed over 20k with 5-10k contractors and had our own labs, medical department, and fire fire departments. We processed 24 SAFER chemicals ... three steppers ... organic peroxides and all kinds of explosive gases so any opioid prescription meant at least three days off for work. Fortunately it was paid short term disability. Each department had weekly drawings for piss tests.

I never quit smoking when I was in construction and they did randoms, or certains job sites required them. I just drank a fuck ton of water, and when I was pissing clear, I went to take the test. Passed probably 6 or 7 tests over the years.

I had to schedule the random tests and they'd send a human out to the job site to collect the samples. They'd leave the jobsite with the samples.

Being the jobsites would be in different states or countries I used many different testing centers through the years.

And were never required to re-test a diluted sample, right?

I had a person once say," this is very clear, and Im not sure if this is going to work"

To which I said, "Is the temperature right?" and quickly followed with, "I mean, it came out of my dick, and you can come watch me if you want, cuz I'll need to go again here pretty quick"

Never heard another thing about it.

people, people...it's called synthetic piss. it works, just make sure it has urea in it. trust me, i've used it more than once.

Yup. Temperature and security of the sample to the lab is all that's required by the human administering the test.

I'd had no problem with an employee telling the collector to 'mind your own business' if something like that were said.
