Probably the best overall game the USA has played in World Cup Qualifiying. Still have Canada and Mexico and Costa Rica on the road so still tough rough road ahead. Had to have this one or they could have been in trouble. Pulisic starts against Jamaica with McKennie out for sure. Walker Zimmerman and Timothy Weah had great games too tonight. Need to beat Jamaica. I don't care if it is on the road. They should win and must win if they are as good as they think.

McKennie although talented, a bit of a hothead and got his suspension yellow on Aarronson play where the Mexican should have got red. A bit immature not looking ahead to next game knowing you are already on yellow. Burhalter should have got Robinson off as soon as it hit 2-0. Got a yellow earlier and you always get one if you impede the player if he is already gone by you by grabbing him. Guaranteed yellow. Now he is out too.

Remember the first match, clear red cards that weren't called on an Areola breakaway and Aaronson last man. That was guy reffing his first qualifier ever. What a joke and no VAR too.

2 more set of games after this one. Late January/early February then late March. The late March set of games is very tough but we got home games with Honduras and El Salvador in the January games and a away date with Panama. Feels like some type of points vs Jamaica on Tuesday then 6+ points during the next round of games should almost unofficially seal a top 3 finish aka qualifying for the Cup

Better lucky than good sometimes. They were unlucky to only get one to my eye.

3 points is 3 points especially at home. And yes they should have had 4. Canada's wing are the best maybe in CONCACAF, Better than the USA. Mexico problem is the right and left backs. Could be a big problem for Mexico. Also, I love that Canada playing the game outdoors in Edmonton.

Well Jamaica is healthy now. Their best players are back including Leon Bailey. A draw would be ok. Do wish McKennie was there, not as worried about Robinson out.
