UTSA is such a confusing team to rank. They haven't played anyone and you get the feel that they would be 6-4 or 5-5 in most of the major leagues but they are unbeaten.

It's hard to rank these kinds of teams. They're undefeated but they play at a totally different level of football. I have them ranked 20th because they're undefeated but I'm not convinced they're any better than a .500 team in a P5 conference.

Illinois has scored 30 points in just 2 games this year. Nebraska and UTSA.
 
I used a point system for my undefeated and 1 loss teams.

Wins over P5= 12
Wins over G5=9
Wins over FCS= 6

bonus point for every win a defeated opponent gets over a P5 then divide by # of games played (10).

Alabama took a beating as they have played a lot of weak teams. Some they couldn’t help, some they could (as so many do), Cincy got about what they are getting from the committee. Notre Dame surprised me.

That is helpful. Perhaps have 15 points for a win over a top 20 team (21-25 is usually a mess so I would cut those 5 out).
