First week of December, wife has an appointment Dec. 1 so we have to wait for that. Last year we were waiting on her new glasses to come in so couldn't leave until first week of Dec.

I'd like to get down there the first part of November, that's when my buddies go. Maybe next year. Fucking Canadians will be back this year, hopefully they haven't tried to take over my lot again. I do have a buddy from W. Palm Beach keeping an eye on it though. He keeps a camper a few spots down from mine for weekends.

As did I. I also had bacon (2 slices) and two Jimmy Dean breakfast sausages.

My wife usually gets the "fully cooked" sausage links that need only heating in the microwave for 50 seconds, but apparently they were out of them.....so she bought the raw kind you have to cook yourself.

It is a little more work....I threw them in with the bacon...but they taste so much better than the "pre-cooked" ones. Not sure why. But now I need to decide if I should tell my wife to buy the raw version from now on.

I've driven through there...central FL is just fuckin weird, man.

I am a fan of the gulf coast of FL....seems to be a little nicer, IMO

So you haul a RV down and stay for the winter? Cool. Like a little adventure every year!

I stayed a few months around Lake Okeechobee one spring/summer during a semester off from school back in the mid 90s.

I remember it rained every afternoon. It would be hot AF all day until late afternoon....then the rains came. Cool it down while it rained...then it got humid AF soon after until sun went down.

They said it was the water from the lake that had evaporated dumping rain once the clouds became too heavy with condensation....apparently it was normal for that time of year there. Every fucking day...torture!

Fish you are concerned about losing a spot and have a buddy keeping an eye on it for you, then post a map of where the spot is???

I hung that 43 inch, looks easy just set it in the big holes and pull it down. One side would go, other wouldn't. Then the reverse. Really needed another person.
