from what I gather, he's a really good recruiter and players really like him. Also, he has connections everywhere. He was the one that got PK and Sark to circle each other when Muschamp backed out of being the DC here. Now it really hasn't worked out with PK so far this season but prior to this year, he was considered one of the top DCs in the country. Banks convinced him to come here.

Selfishly, I rather he not take the job, but I think if he left, Wazzu will be really happy in the long term.
