Gotta wonder if this game kills Walker’s Heisman candidate hopes. He showed absolutely nothing.

Did we secretly replace Sparty with Nebraska??
Hey! Nebraska was in it till the end against Ohio State. Game was over in 1st quarter like this one

DAYAAAAM, Sparty!! You're playing the USCw brand of futbol... :twitch:

My condolences... :drink: :drink:

to be fair, he never really got a chance to do anything... MSU found themselves in a hole very quickly and abandoned running it.

OSU's performance today scares the shit out of me.

Yeah. Pretty much what I thought was going to happen. It was ugly. I do appreciate that Day did not run up the score. Duck our secondary is absolute trash.

i guess I can’t complain about a 9-4 season.

Me too. Although our secondary should perform much better than what MSU showed.

Yay or nay on that reported contract offer after that?

Yay. Tucker has had one recruiting class going up against the fucking Juggernaut. He absolutely will not live up to that contract and I’m going to be hearing about how he is a top five paid coach giving out top 25 results just like Michigan fans had to listen to with Harbaugh but I will take it for several reasons.

1) Two billionaires are actually paying the salary, not the university. To them it’s like ordering a Starbucks coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

2) Despite what Dantonio and Tucker may say publicly this is not a destination job. There are easily 10-15 better programs out there and you have multiple ones on the hunt right now. LSU and USC openings plus if USC takes Franklin (why the fuck they would, who knows) add PSU to the mix.

3) This is the direction contracts are going so just get ahead of the curve.

4) Being cheap lost us Saban, why lose another potentially great coach when someone else is footing the bill.

5) Tucker may have a wandering eye and if he wants to take off, make it hurt to do so.

Tucker is a real good coach and a real good fit for the Michigan State Spartans. I would never judge a coach on one game. When the season started, Sparty was closer to an "also run" then a "top ten team". Now you are closer to a "top ten team". Mel Tucker is a real good coach and he is lucky to be coaching the Michigan State Spartans.

We heard all week that MSU's pass defense was the absolute worst in FBS.

I don't think they'll move up this week.

They have to move up with the Oregon loss but I highly doubt they move to #2.

Oh Ohio State in the horseshoe, how cute

See what happens when you try to talk some shit? Your Ducks got their ass whooped 38-7. ha-ha & quack-quack

don't let any trolls get to you... as you said, he's had one recruiting class and he went up against a juggernaut school. They tend to destroy teams (even good ones) on occasion. I think Tucker will be just fine.
