Huard's pass was probably a longer one than Morris would be able to hit, but I'm not sure it was a good decision to throw it. Polk went up and got it, but was covered.

Still, that's why they want to get him some reps. His arm is much better. Just not sure he can make the right reads as a true frosh.
 
Cougs gonna coug I guess. Entirely dominating the game, only up 6 with UW getting the ball to open the 3rd.

Dad and uncle. Both were starting QB's for the school.
 
Lot of air, but on target. Polk should have gotten it, but at least the other guy couldn't.

Ok that one was bad, but his other 2 were on number 11 being a terrible receiver. You can tell Huard is a freshman but damn no skill players besides number 12 are Pac 12 players.

Backup QB is always a fan favorite until they have to play. Then everyone realizes why they were the backup. Playing QB is tough for a true freshman, I’m sure Huard will see better days

What stands out is this is a team that has some talent, but really had no coaching all year. I don't know what drills they are running, but they must really suck at them. At least the offense.

De Laura is a solid QB. Doesn't matter who the HC will be next year, you've got a lot to look forward to with him at the helm.

We wanted to see him vs Colorado, not the AC. I don't know anyone who thought it was a good idea to give him the start here. As I said at the top, it was basically throwing in the towel and working for next year since they weren't making a bowl game anyway.
