Usc is loaded with 5 star talent. It’s not really a rebuild. Once again he was handed keys to a Porsche.
The difference is the culture aspect. He inherited Stoops culture, now he’s inheriting a losing mentality but 5 star players who think things should be handed to them.

So supposedly the deal with Riley wasn't closed until last night. USC had wanted him but didn't think they could get him.
It's no more of a "cupcake (sisters of the poor) game schedule" than any other teams' OOC schedules in other conferences.
But USC (along with only UCLA & ND) has never played any FCS schools for OOC games...
He realized if he couldn’t beat okie lite he wasn’t going to make it in the sec
