I'm intrigued by the Burrow-Herbert showdown - two good young potentially-stud QBs leading their teams against each other for the first time.

Patriots/Bills by far
Big test for New England and their young QB. Monday night on the road against last year's division winner and presumptive favorite to repeat this year. The atmosphere in Bufallo is going to be insane and I can only hope that all those fucking Bill's Mafia chuckle heads end up going home really disappointed

Can't believe the Pats are this close to the number 1 seed in the AFC.

Who'd a thunk?

Bill is one of the greatest coaches in NFL history; I'm not the least bit surprised they're back to being a competitive team. I am surprised, though, that it happened THIS quickly. I figured he'd need at least one more year to get to this point. I tip my cap to the guy. :yo:

I certainly didn't think they would be this good this soon, but there was definitely signs in pre-season that the additions on defense and their rookie QB were going to be solid upgrades over last years' players. I was hoping for improvement this year leading to another excellent off-season and then a solid contender next year.

With a little luck they could make some noise in the playoffs this year and barring anything crazy I'm pretty sure that they will be tough to beat next season.

So...........it begs the question------was it Brady or Belechik that was the driving force to the SB victories

As soon as the split happened, I said Brady would have the edge for the first two or three years then Bill will take over for as long as he wants to coach. All signs currently point to that being the case.

Both of them together resulted in a fistful of Super Bowl rings - like Lombardi + Starr and Walsh + Montana/Young. Split them and they will both have success but neither will ever be as good as they were together. Brady surprised me by getting a ring right away without Bill; I didn't think that would happen at all. I don't know if Bill will get some without Brady, but I have no doubt he will be in serious contention.

Lombardi, Walsh and Belichick are three of the four faces on the NFL Coach Mount Rushmore. To me, that's not debatable.

Broncos at Chefs

Because I don't give a shit about the others.
