i grew up middle class in North Carolina and there wasn't a single soul in my high school social circle that could have afforded to attend Duke

its insane. When I was a senior in HS, my dad looked up the tuition costs @ Wake and he was like "lol, sorry can't afford that, buddy"

and Wake isn't as expensive as Duke
