According to sources: Mario Cristobal to be the next HC at Miami

their 3rd (?) QB this year put up 25 TDs, nearly 3,000 yards passing, had a 4:1 TD to INT ratio and had the 11th best QBR in the country.

Manny Diaz is not a good coach.
If he couldn't do better in the ACC, I'd have to agree with you.

lost to 5-7 FSU, 6-6 UNC and 6-6 Virginia this year. He beat Pitt and NCSU though, but that should tell you how weak the top of the league actually is.

Best of luck to Mario.

Similar to the PAC, the ACC doesn't have much depth, so he should be able to compete. Despite this year's record, Clemson is still a juggernaut.

Well fuck it.

I just spent the last 10 minutes typing something out in response to this news but I have deleted it. Get Chip.

Frost will likely be available as a position coach in 2022 or 2023.
Helfrich is unemployed for OC duties.

Get the gang back together.

Frost was a great WR coach

His WR's blocked first and caught passes second.

Not sure why he's gotten away from that at Nebraska.

That swing pass stuff is all the rage by the best offenses. Good for 5 or 6 yards and occasionally break longer ones.
Even Saban runs it.

The WR's need to block tho.

Running the triple option in college, Frost knows damn well the importance of WR's blocking on the perimeter and downfield.

He can't seem to get his guys to do it effectively though.

1 yd here
2 yds there
Loss of 1 here
No gain there

etc.

Drives me fucking bananas.

Frost is not HC material, he needs a good leader to tell him what to do. i.e. His limit is as a position coach.
