True, Oregon has been better in that time frame and no doubt those are Nebraskas worst 2 decades, no one contests this. Here are some fun facts about that though...
Fun Fact #1 - In that timeframe, Oregon and Nebraska share the same number of national titles despite it being Nebraskas worst 2 decades and Oregons best 2 decades and despite both teams going to national titles in that span.
Fun Fact #2 - Nebraskas win percentage in that timeframe is 59.5%, which is better than Oregons all time win percentage sitting at 57.2%
Fun Fact #3 - Nebraska and Oregon share the same number of Heisman winners in that time.
Fun Fact #4 - Even though it is Nebraskas worst 2 decades and Oregons best 2 decades, they ended up splitting a home&home series 1-1.
Fun Fact #5 - Both have been through the same number of coaches in that time as well.

Wish I could, but unfortunately, Nebraska does not officially claim any titles in the 60's though arguments could be made. Our titles are in the 70's and 90's, but Nebraska has played for national titles in every decade since the 60's with the lone exception of the 2010's.
How bout you? The suspense is killing me.
