Monday, it's go time

Trophy shop behind my house is going up for sale. Of course the owner wants it to stay put, but has unrealistic timeline for anyone to buy it 2 weeks. Guess the potential buyer that wants to move it will win out if that's the case. Guess the day to day guy is retiring and that's the big rush.

Anyone watch the Grey Cup?

I did see a few minutes of it.. Had no idea what I was watching on how points were scored but it was entertaining for the couple of minutes I saw.. Who won?

Kids: I love my parents.

Also kids: Sometimes I like to do things without my parents.
_______________

Friends: I love my friends.

Also friends: Last night was fun, but I can only do that so often.
don't you dare use logic

Given that EVERY freaking kid gets a trophy these days I would think this would be a thriving business

Winnipeg came back and won in OT. It was a true road game in Hamilton as the Ticats made it to the championship that was at their home field. The Ticats would have beat all 3 of my teams in the playoffs if they would have won last night.

I don't really understand the rules but the running clock and if the receiver drops the kick (out of the end zone?) gives other team a point is a pretty neat concept

Yeah I like the Rouge. 1 pt basically for touchbacks to the kicking team. Kickoffs, punts, and missed field goals not returned outside the end zone in 1 pt I believe. Hamilton taking that last touch back cost them. Probably would have kicked a game winning instead of trying FG on regulation.

Also - is it only 2 downs instead of 4?
