I don't get it.

He's pimping the #58 ranked class?
He's gonna pick up another 10 commits tonight to add to the already 12 = (XXII)?

Will the additional 10 also be "Best of the Rest" who's only other offers were G5's and lower level P5 teams?

Frost is no Tom Osborne. He's a Bill Jennings. He's fucking destroyed recruiting to Nebraska.

I guess he's gotta say something to the hopeful. "I know. Pick a Tom Osborne quote and put it on a video tweet"

I don't think he has destroyed Nebraska's recruiting -- he has recruited better than the other coaches Nebraska has had sans, this class, which only has a few guys since coming to the B1G.

I think Frost has the only 2 top 20 recruiting classes for Nebraska since they joined the B1G. This class, you can't really judge as you only have like 10 or 12 guys.

That ain't gonna last long at (4-8) and (3-9).

That's the REAL reason this class is ranked so low. He can't blame Riley anymore. In his 4th season this team was his.
It would be easy to recruit against this chump.

I'm beginning to despise Frost more than I ever did Callahan, Pelini, or Riley.

You gotta keester that shit.

There are only 12 kids in the class. Only the elite recruiting schools (those pulling in top 10 type classes every year) would be able to have only 12 kids and have a top 20 class. Clemson has the 15th ranked class, but only has 13 recruits.

What ev's. The days of Frost recruiting top 25 classes are behind him. He's squandered any momentum he had.

He'd be considerably better than 56th if he's going (8-4) or (9-3) as opposed to (3-9).

Frost is not P5 HC material. He'll be out on his ear eventually.

scary part is that whomever he's up against on the trail can feed the recruit and his family that Frost won't be there longer.. he just had a reset with his staff, and took a paycut. If he can't win 7 games next season.. how long do you think he's gonna be employed there..

opposing coaches are going to feed on that

That video tweet was aimed at Boomers, Gen X'ers, and the earliest Millennials, because later Millennials and Gen Z's literally don't GAF

I suppose. But even when Nebraska was winning 8, 9 games a year -- they were only bringing in top 20-top 35 type classes.

If this was a full class for Nebraska and not half a class -- they'd be right where they usually are, in the 20-35 range.

I wouldn't put much into this class if you only sign 12. Only way you are signing a top 25 class with only 12 guys is if you are majority 4 and 5 star recruits and that is never the case with Nebraska. So I wouldn't get down over this recruiting class.

We've been through this before. You're a simple minded fella.

For starters, Nebraska hasn't had an 8 win season since 2005 under Callahan when they went (8-4). There hadn't been another one since 1940 at (8-2).
Regarding 9 win seasons, Nebraska's only had one since 2014 and that was Riley who followed it with a (4-8) and got fired.

Pelini had nothing but 9 and 10 win seasons, didn't recruit worth a shit and lost to any team that was even close to being an equal talent wise. His record against teams with 9 or more wins was atrocious.
9 wins was Pelini's cap with an occasional 10 win season when he had a guy like Suh.

A good coach gets more out of his players than they look like on paper. When he does that, recruiting gets a lot easier. Frost is not that guy. Neither was Callahan, Pelini, or Riley.

Now kindly GFY.

Ok sounds good. It is Callahan's fault, it is Pelini's fault, it is Riley's fault, it is Scott Frost's fault. OR..................CFB and recruiting has changed and while 3 and 4 wins season won't be the new norm. Winning 7, 8, 9 will be. I'd bet a fortune, Nebraska will never compete for a national title again, because they cannot even come close to recruiting with the top programs and being the B1G West is NEVER going to help them with that.

How the fuck can fucking UTAH have a good team and Nebraska can't?

Very interdasting INDEED!
