All I do is break off a little piece of shat and drop it right on the coil. I can do it in less than a minute, while inside of a phone booth if I'm in a city that still has them

When I was in high school a friend turned me on to making pipes out of aluminum foil. Use a pencil or ink pen to roll it up into a small tube and then bend the end to create the bowl.

It was a lot cheaper than buying rolling paper and a roll of aluminum foil lasted into my college years....got too many buzzes off a single roll of foil.

And if you ever needed to...you could crimp it up and toss it and most folks would never think it was a pipe.

All I needed was that socket head and a ball point pen. Melt a couple of holes in bottled water and you've got yourself a bong.

There's been some studies done (mostly focused on CBD) on pot and reducing symptoms of covid meh some stronger correlation with higher CBD concentration bud but overall promising, I say in my complete lack of medical expertise you eat edibles til your cotton mouth is on point and then hydrate
