It's kinda too much. Are you even a Packers fan? In my lifetime, the two best QBs I've seen play are Joe Montana and Peyton Manning, and I didn't gush about that I can remember.

I like him better than the gunslinger. There was just something about being imminently sacked that I just knew he would throw a skyward ball to be picked off by the D.

My dad watched Bart Starr stick a dagger in the Cowboys back in the day. I believe Starr has the best won/loss record in NFL playoff history.

Nah, I give him more credit than that. He's a smart, highly accurate QB, a decent leader and his superpower is to turn average WRs into Pro Bowlers.

Favre was a talented QB who was also a superb field general. His superpower was to hurl interceptions with reckless abandon. I think I saw more than a couple of games where he threw 3-4 INTs and still managed to win the game.

I wonder if anyone has ever compiled an average distance of int passes. Favre punted a lot on 3rd down, it seems.

I love Bart Starr but it should be noted that his record was 3-15-1 in three seasons before Lombardi took over. Bart didn't really turn the team around, Vince did. But he couldn't have done it without Bart of course :wink:
