It’s really not bad, way too crowded and not near as good as Zaxby’s

But as of a couple years ago, they were the most profitable chain restaurant per location in the USA and that’s with them being closed on Sundays

I actually like their Sausage Egg McMuffin, but I won't go there because I hate getting put in the "Reserved" parking spots waiting for someone to carry out one fucking McMuffin.
Person at Drive-Thru window: Can you pull into one of those reserved spots while we prepare your food fresh?"
You can look in your rearview mirror and see other cars getting their orders and driving away, yet you sit there for 5 or 10 minutes.

I call it 'McDonald's Purgatory'. Once you get put there you are no longer a priority to them and the cars that were behind you are now getting your McMuffin out the drive thru window.

For serious?! I haven’t been there in probably close to ten years, but I did like their cheddar bay biscuits and the crab Alfredo was decent.

I don't understand the people who eat there. That ain't seafood.

Seafood is one food item that I don't mess around with, especially in a land-locked state. I will gladly pay extra for real seafood.

It’s a little different. In N Out is like Chik-Fil A. The line is long because there’s a ton of people waiting, but it actually moves pretty efficiently. Whataburger is just slow. There doesn’t have to be a lot of people, they just take a longass time.

They used to have really good shrimp scampi. I stopped and ate at one on the way to South Dakota and the only thing worth eating was the biscuits. They even managed to fuck up the side order of rice pilaf, which I thought was impossible

I probably haven't been there in as long either, but felt like checking their menu online and yep it's a lunch menu thing.

I go to Shucks a lot. I typically get their Jambalaya.

They fly in their seafood daily.

I get live crawfish from there (in season) for my crawfish boils.

You gotta get on a list though. They only order it according to need and call you when it's coming in. You can't just walk in and say "Give me 25 lbs of live crawfish".

If there's one thing I miss the most about southern Mississippi, it's being able to stop at a mom and pop joint and buy 5 lbs of hot boiled crawfish to take home and chow.
