I have nothing against google docs, we use it all the time. The issue is we have contracts with locked fields for editing, it's easy to get around those (upload to google docs, or convert to PDF and back to word). We've seen companies do it, it's more frustrating when own department does it.

Yes that is a pain the ass to get around at times
 
So, one of the processes we go through for our clients involves finding services that are assigned to someone who left the company.

Our dear friends in the UK decided that the best way to name this is Active Service Passive User, and refer to it as an abbreviation. So we get to discuss "asspoo" savings with our clients.

I had a conference call a few weeks ago with a vendor who apparently is from Australia originally. Someone on their end made a mistake which she referred to as a "boner". Later in the convo she said she didn't mind an occasional boner. With the accent I almost sprayed
 
These guys always get a kick out of when I see them to get my dabs and I'm wearing their band shirt.
