Monday was pork chops.

Last night was short ribs that were so good that if my body wasn't drained from a recent peloton ride I'd have been eating with an erection. I can't fucking wait for my leftovers on an everything bagel with cream cheese for lunch.

Tonight I'm smoking a turkey. Bought multiple when there was the pretend turkey shortage and needed the room in the freezer.

Supposed to snow tomorrow, so I'm guessing turkey soup is on the menu.
