Its possible. Definitely a disappointing season from Baker and the team as a whole this year. Injuries and COVID definitely hurt their chances.

However, I would not at all be surprised if Cleveland extended Baker via franchise tag for another year or 2. There's not really any replacement candidates out there, the QB draft this season is weak (and the Browns won't be in a position to draft a top QB anyhow).

Green Bay (if Rodgers is traded) or Vikings both seem like realistic landing spots for him.

Actually Rodgers loves playing in Green Bay. Brady bailed out on New England to play on a more talented team.

Because he forces a trade. I don’t think it will happen necessarily but I wouldn’t rule it out either.
