I am. I have been my whole life. I don't know if it's nurture or nature, probably a bit of both. I need help and the VA is dragging their feet.

I contacted Dr. Dean before well before Christmas and she hasn't got in touch with me since then so I left her a message yesterday. It is pretty difficult trying to reach certain people over the phone at the VA.

And I regret what I said about wishing I was dead without further explaining that I would never harm myself. It is how I was feeling.
