You don't know that. Symptoms typically start 3-5 days after exposure, and an infected person is most contagious the two days before symptoms manifest.

So, if your party was Saturday, you could have been exposed to a super-contagious motherfucker and had no idea, and your symptoms would most likely not show up until Wednesday.

Well, I know I had COVID a couple weeks ago, but I don't know if it was omicron or not. Whatever it was was worse than a bad cold.

cooked some stew last night that came out pretty good, but a little acidic...hoping it sitting in the fridge overnight mellows that a little.

Youngest daughter had a gymnastics competition yesterday. Afterward, we went to dinner. She picked BJ’s (because all she really wanted was a pizzookie). We ordered some calamari for an appetizer and the waitress said she’s sorry, but they’re out. Apparently, they’ve been out for months. How does a decent-sized chain restaurant get out of an everyday item for months? Is there a squid shortage?

the fucking chicken fridge at the grocery store is picked clean the last week I have gone...same with milk

Can confirm. We were victims of the dreaded BJ's calamari shortage last month and were told the same thing.

Have since had calamari at three other restaurants.
