Or he could just stay another year, see how things work out and then make a move later if he felt it was in his best interests. If he and Lebby clicked and everything was rosy he would already be locked in. The $$ would come in time. Just sayin'.

I was referring to Caleb Williams staying for one more year. Read the comment again. I have no idea what Casey Thompson is going to do but I'm not keen on him limping into Norman if that's really what he's considering. I'd like to see if Dillion Gabriel could be The Man if Caleb Williams was injured or went berserk like Spencer Rattler did. The #2 guy is always just one play or a horrible half away from starting if he's really that good.

ahh ok.. Thinking is that Caleb and his dad are real strung up on being developed for the NFL. Which is the reason why he chose ou in the first place with LR's track record. Lebby isn't that as of now, and I think they are going to look at other places where there is a track record. Problem is.. there aren't many of those places.. tosu (Day), UT (Sark) are already good. Then you have Bama and Clemson who have returning QBs. You have SC (Riley) still which he could choose to go that way. After that it's a bit more murkey.. Do you give UNC a real shot with Longo, if Howell does declare of course.

Rumors is that Mario is going hard after Joe Brady, and if that comes to fruition, it would be a good spot for Caleb.

Outside of all that, there is the chance of him returning, but I doubt he does after how quickly they got DG to flip.
 
Caleb can go to UCLA.

Purdy is in Norman today. Dart expected to visit later this week. With Dillion Gabrial and Evers already here it will be interesting to see what these 2 guys do.
