I was immune the whole time! Who knew.....

Wow- and here I was worried that only 50-yr-old fat losers with no families, would be spending time, unlocking the mysteries of smoking pot.
You must be that security guard outside my apartment every night. Notice I haven’t smoked at all this year?

I blame it on lawyers. It seems like a liability issue. Otherwise, why waste money on this? I technically can be piss tested per my contract.... never happened in 17 years.

Your point was explained to me by the contractor that built my house. His business insurance is considerably less for having a drug testing program.

High THC high CBD

Treeeeees
Legally, hemp is defined as a cannabis plant that contains 0.3 percent or less THC, while marijuana is a cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3 percent THC.

There are also different kinds of THC...delta-8 and delta-9 for instance.

Delta-8 THC (D8) is federally legal whereas Delta-9 (D9) is federally illegal.

Both will get you high but the D8 high will not be the same as the D9 high.

Both plants contain D8 and D9 but the hemp plant contains less than .3% D9 so it is legal. The MJ plant contains more than .3% D9 THC so it is illegal. That is the only difference really in the two. Same plant really..

Here in Louisiana it is illegal to buy delta-9 THC products, but we can legally purchase delta-8 THC products.

The differences I've found through my extensive study...tee hee.....is that D8 THC will give you a longer more mellow buzz without the paranoid feelings or the anxiety associated with D9 THC products.

You also have to consume more of the D8 to achieve the high...but it does last longer.

Hope that helps...

I like the thought, but it wasn't that long ago that doctors were claiming pot made the person more vulnerable. I've pretty much given up on research.

Lol this is all information I know, but thanks for sharing with the class. The point I was making is some homeopathic growers have high THC (more that .3%) and high concentration of the other beneficial compounds(CBD CBG) that doesn't fall into the hemp (but most growers are after the high) catagory that beardown was claiming

D8 that you get isn't legal, it's just not illegal in that it's a byproduct of using a catalyst on CBD and it forms delta 8. Funny part of the farm bill allows you to get Delta 9 thc that will still get you high you just eat a bigger gummy in the .3 % legal zone

As for testing I prefer traditional Delta 9 or my variants with high CBD/CBG personally but it probably comes down to reliability. Since the Delta 8 being sold isn't natural it is produced outside the plant then if you get Delta 8 flower it's actually sprayed on, same for gummies and I've had some that clearly lacked the spray and some very very potent ones all same batch so that's probably why I prefer traditional. I also like flowers over edible personally. To each their own.

but you wouldnt know where to get high concentrate CBD anyway (at least that is the word on the street)
That is a rumor started by Wamu. Of course I know where to get high concentrate CBD.

that isnt what the evidence points toward when you speak of its efficacy. not to mention the website you linked was garbage for where you got yours ;)

I went to a store that sells high quality CBD and not a grocery store like Wamu claimed.

considering you went from a grocery store to a website now to a store, im going to say you're either full of it or got scammed if you say it had no effect

I never went to a grocery store to purchase CBDs as Wamu claimed. You just believe whatever you want to believe.

again, you claimed to have gotten it from a website, now you are claiming you went to a B&M locally that wasnt a grocery store, and you claim you werent scammed (if you even ever tried anything claiming to be what you say) you probably just got "hemp extract" which is a far cry from CBD oil (and tinctures are garbage you need to get concentrate or you're wasting time and money not to mention you are just full of it )
