Brady was getting his ass handed to him for 3 quarters by the Rams but he made the throws that he had to at the end of the game to give his team a chance.

Buccaneers took advantage of mistakes the Rams made, but Brady still made throws. Tying the game in the 4th quarter is not garbage time.
