Good morning. Had an awesome Monday at work. Had 3 big projects I’ve been working on all come together at once. Leg day today at the gym.

I'm finally setting up an office space in basement. It has been a living room, but we never use it

Working on getting rid of some older furniture.

Gave away a free tv stand yesterday. Half dozen people or so would message, is this still available and never respond again after I said yes

Finally someone did get it. I put it outside and told him to grab it go, he grabbed it and went. One piece down, few others to go

We've got a couple of old file cabinets to get rid of. Was able to get a decent looking lateral file that fits under the shelf in the office.

Probably will just do it this weekend, and put them on the curb Sunday. Scrappers will probably grab them if no one else wants them.

In the past few weeks we drug up a 3 piece electronic reclining sectional (3 pieces - huge total pain in the ass) from the basement, along with another two piece sectional. So 5 pieces in total. Had to drag all 5 pieces to the curb over the past few weeks (one at a time). Really sucked but the basement is wide open now.

yeah, I have night stand and I'm making wife go through items as well

Nope. Just knew people would ask if they were moving as well.. Oddly they have been very quiet the last few weeks

I avoid selling online for that reason. I usually just donate and take the tax write off, but have a sold few items

Most of the time, I'm just happy to get it out of the house
