Lincoln Riley is quietly building a ketchup and mustard beast

It isn't contradicting itself when I'm stating the parameter, doofus.

You have never entered a competition then, I guess, if you have never heard of a natural smoke. Not my fault.
No one trims "all the fat off" unless they are a moron. Because that dries it out, and I already listed that the only way to ruin it.

My guess is you have never smoked a brisket.
alone no i never have. dad used to and we would help prepare things

Then I guess that you are inherently wrong.

:peace2:
going out and going to these comps are not mutual. nothing about what i was said was wrong. where as your post you are calling back to still had a part that is wrong.

Wrong. There is nothing I said in that post you took issue with that is wrong.

Perhaps ask your dad if you can't stand to listen to those of us that have actually smoked brisket.

live what down? do most people not learn how to do things like this from their fathers? do not a lot of comp teams work with fathers sons and brothers?
in my adult life i never bought a smoker. i dont have that kind of time. we had one when i was a teenager.
so no i never have done a solo one but yes i have been involved in doing so. you think its funny for what ever reason i have no embarrassment over it.
