This kind of talk is so damn funny. It’s a reduced season yeah but there are still a lot of games to be played.

Yeah, and he hasn't been impressive at all. Dude had a whole year in the system. Tua and Lawrence win natties as true freshmen, this dude throws 3 picks and drops a game to a team that had to bring in walk ons to play in the secondary, that is also coming off a loss to Arkansas State as a redshirt freshman.

Looks at record without a starting quarterback who will be back after we dispose of Kansas next week and a running back who got a real wakeup call late in this one. Also looks at a defense that is arguably our best ever.

He also had plenty of time in the pocket. If OU plays teams with SEC caliber D-Lines he will get quashed.

Texas is the same deal. TT had zero pass rush in the 4th qtr to the point I couldn't believe this was a conference game.

you got give the kid some time. Actually you should be pissed at Riley and the OL. Why are asking your freshman QB to throw it 40+ times vs KSU? OL was dominated in the second half. Riley went pass happy, which is a tendency of his
 
I heard today that OU has 6 losses, when favored by 20 pts or more the last 5 or 10 years. No other team has more than 3.
 
This team was no where near ready to handle adversity when someone inevitably punched them hard right between the eyes. Neither were the coaches. I had thought that was most likely happen against Texas. They were just too soft and had no heart when things stopped being easy. Perhaps if they had focused a bit more effort on grasping the intricacies of playing the game well instead of fixating on social issues for the past six months their efforts would have been slightly more successful. Just sayin’.

Some time? He had a whole year to figure things out. I don't think he was a true 5 star talent. I'm not pissed, I'm far from an Oklahoma fan
