I guess it's a little odd this story has only now come out, but disturbing nonetheless. Rich recently announced his retirement, so I guess that was the trigger that brought these older allegations to light.
No surprise that the Cowboys paid hush money and buried the story. What I did find surprising was that Rich apparently "caught" taking upskirt photos of Jerry's daughter during the 2015 draft. I would have thought Jerry would want to have his ass after something like that.
Instead, the Cowboys ended up just paying over $2.4M in hush money to a group of cheerleaders Rich allegedly got caught peeping on while they were changing.
I get that the team could have faced some bad PR if the story got out in 2015...and Rich being head of PR there would have complicated matters. But, the reveal of the coverup now just makes it seem even worse.

Cowboys paid $2.4M over cheerleader allegations
A Cowboys representative says the team thoroughly investigated two alleged incidents involving Richard Dalrymple and found no wrongdoing. Dalrymple declined to be interviewed but released a statement calling the allegations false.
