Now This Would Be Hilarious

haha. Pitt needs to invest in their OL to protect him, but not a bad idea. Why would Indy get rid of the only stable QB they have had since Luck quit?

I mean, he did get the Steelers into the playoffs this year......

I've also learned not to trust sites that don't properly capitalize words at the start of a sentence and have random indents in it, especially one that doesn't actually reference why they're favorites to get him (not directing this at the OP, just speaking in general).

I guess my overall point is I don't think anyone has any idea who starts for the Steelers week 1. I guess Wentz is a possibility if Indy is shopping him but I've seen nothing that indicates he's more of a favorite than, say, Jimmy G.

He shouldn’t be. Both guys throw bad time interceptions, but Jimmy G seems to be well liked in his locker room…..unlike the other guy.

Yeah I don't want Wentz. I'm not sure I really want Jimmy G, either. The Steelers have a ton of cap room and can either use that to completely rebuild the roster and look for a cheaper QB/draft a guy like New England did, or spend much of it on a high-priced QB. If they're doing the latter I'd rather not waste the money and draft capital on Jimmy G.

feel like every other day some stupid site tweets about should the eagles trade for Wilson. He has a no trade clause. They weren't on his list last year and according to a new one dropped the other day, they're still not on there, so why even bother with the stupid question that they shouldn't do in the first place. gets annoying

Agreed. At least as shitty website rumors go we are doused in it too. First with the Eagles getting Watson last season and now Wilson.

Mind you I would rather have those two than Jimmy or Carson, but we are also in a slightly different position than the Steelers. Still, there is no need to rush out and overpay a guy this off season.
