Where do you think Snoop Dogg will spend his 4-20 day??? Lincoln Nebraska baby!!!

There is some store I saw called 50 Shades of Green with a big marijuana leaf on it. Probably just CBD products in the hope that it is made legal.

Doesn't have my vote.

Bad move on Snoops part.

Nebraska will arrest you for possession.

So I’ve been told…

Yet you didn't take the time to inform yourself. Do you believe everything you're told, dolt?

Under an ounce is decriminalized, a misdemeanor citation, and a fine.

I got arrested last time I was in Nebraska.

That was the joke.

Your state is gay, not in the happy way either.

When was that? What were you arrested for? Just being a common dumbass?

Possession of marijuana (under an ounce) has been decriminalized in Nebraska for decades.

It's a simple citation. "Show up to court on such and such day to see the judge. Have a nice day."

All the boomers I know smoke it.
the boomers i know well 2 of em pretend pot is evil the other is like "meh" the divide is also white collar vs blue collar, blue collar is the meh

HA!

I know Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, that use. The divide is pretty equal.

Blue collar would simply be more likely to admit it.

Possession of marijuana. With intent to distribute.

Was indicted on felony charges. Had a drug enforcement road block on I80 west of Lexington.

Gayest state ever.

Well same here.

I was white collar before I retired.
Owning my own company as a subcontractor, a part of my requirements was to routinely piss test a certain percentage of my employees. I would just wink at them and say "You might want to start studying for your test." i.e. Start drinking water until your back teeth are floating.
All I cared about was that they weren't stoned or drunk on the job. A piss test doesn't tell you that so they're a bullshit farce.

A doctor isn't necessarily going to approve of smoking weed. Doctors aren't likely to approve of smoking anything, but they'd be fine with edibles.

What year?

So you had more than an ounce?

Drug enforcement road blocks are illegal. Any evidence would get tossed in court and rightly so.
Anybody who says they've been caught up in one of those is a liar.

In Nebraska AND Iowa the state patrol will put up signs that say "Drug enforcement checkpoint (x miles) ahead" then station themselves at the next exit with a drug dog.
It's an exit with no amenities. If you exit without good reason (i.e. you're not from that area or visiting someone in that area) they're going to stop you on "reasonable suspicion/probable cause" and start asking questions. "Do you have any illegal drugs?".

If you stay on the interstate there is NO 'checkpoint' ahead because (again) they're unconstitutional and a violation of your 4th Amendment.

Even then, possession of less than an ounce of weed is a simple citation. It's a ticket and a court date.

Hammer still owned the Hoop. Kaep still
played football and the 9ers were in Levi Stadium. It was the summer that stadium
opened. 2015? 2014?

I’m aware they are illegal. Your gay state troopers didn’t seem to care. Born and raised corn fed fags out there in the most boring state known to man.

You are clearly not telling the entire story, but that doesn't surprise me.

Nebraska does not have 'drug checkpoints' on the interstate. It was ruled unconstitutional by SCOTUS over 20 years ago.
A trooper, sheriff, local cop, would get in big trouble for wasting their department's and the court's time on something sure to be tossed.

A cop who writes a simple speeding ticket and can't get a guilty verdict in court gets a reprimand in their file.

one of these days ima try vaping the herb stuffs which for all intents and purposes is "healthy" just gotta make sure it is full spectrum of the plant and not distillates, i think thats why i hate edibles (aside from how long it takes to work) they focus in on just one molecule and throw the rest out for so many of them and it just isnt worth my time to try and find the right one when the time delay is like 75% of my problem with em

watered down piss tests, bah that didnt work in one of my previous industry jobs but it had high security and extra special requirements. a diluted piss test was a fail but that is likely not the norm since the area was super sensitive en sech.

I beat a speeding ticket from an Omaha cop on a 'radar technicality' a few years ago. The cop was frothing at the mouth pissed off. When the judge (a female) said "Not guilty" he told the prosecutor (another female) "Appeal it". The prosecutor snapped back "I'm not appealing a speeding ticket."
He literally stomped out of the courtroom cussing.

I asked my local sheriff buddy why the city cop was so mad and he told me because they get a reprimand in their file for wasting time and taxpayer dollars. That cop is on the clock in court. Typically on overtime and they get paid a minimum of 4 hours even if they're there 20 minutes because a plea bargain is reached to where they don't have to testify.
I guarantee you that Omaha cop doesn't make the same mistake again.

Three years ago I beat another one on the 'same technicality' with a sheriff in an adjacent county.

52 in a 40 on the first one, and 36 in a 25 on the second one.
