Rank the Directors films

That's how I am with A Few Good Men. I kid you not, I can almost quote the whole movie. My family actually thinks it is funny and they make all sorts of comments 'uh oh, look what's on' - they turn it on, I start quoting, they start laughing lol.

I am only only on like the 3... maybe 4 or 5 hundred viewing of AFGM. So good.
Well while you’re at it. Top Rob Reiner films? We know your # 1 is.

Yeah I struggled with that one. I love Casino don’t get me wrong but in a lot of ways Pesci was simply playing the same character.

I also call this movie Frank Vincent’s revenge since he gets the shit beat out of him or killed by Pesci in two other films.

Tarantino is the only guy I've seen all of his movies. I'm only counting ones he wrote and directed.

1. Pulp Fiction
2. Kill Bill (I count it as one movie. It was originally intended as one, but turned out to be too long so he split it.)
3. Django Unchained
4. Inglorious Basterds
5. Reservoir Dogs
--------------------------
6. The Hateful Eight
7. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
8. Death Proof
9. Jackie Brown

The top 5 rank as five of my favorite of all time. 1 & 2 are locked in those spots and nothing is going to jar that. 3-5 could be shuffled based on mood. 6-8 are all good movies; just not quite at the same level as 1-5 and could also be shuffled based on mood. Jackie Brown is the only movie he's done that was a 'meh' for me. "True Romance", "Natural Born Killers" and "From Dusk Til Dawn" - movies he (co-)wrote-only - rate somewhere within that 6-8 range (above Jackie Brown).

Peter Farrelly

1. Dumb & Dumber
2. There's Something About Mary
3. Me, Myself & Irene
4. Kingpin
5. Green Book
6. Shallow Hall
Outside Providence. Actually I take that back. Farrelly didn’t direct it. It was based on his book. He co-wrote the script.
