I’m not disputing that it’s a ranch. I’m disputing that it’s one level. Because it has multiple levels.

It’s two levels. The fact that you want to call one level a basement because your house is built into a hill and part of the lower level is below grade doesn’t change the fact that there’s two distinct levels in your home.

It is a single story ranch. a 2 story house sunken as you claimed would make it have 2 levels to the basement and 1 story.

Reading is fundamental here bub, i didnt say the whole house would be 2 levels, i said there would be 2 levels to the basement and 1 story if you sunk a 2 story house down to 1 story in my neighborhood.
