So, a barn?
I guess a barn specifically made to house a bunch of chickens

Never heard them called houses. Have a lot near me also.

Stinkiest place ever.
Guess it's regional. I've never heard them called anything other than chicken houses.

I'm pretty well nose blind to all the poultry smells. Be it from houses or rendering plants. Poultry and mining are the two biggest industries around here.

Chicken and Turkey shit are things I will never not be disgusted by. Atleast in giant massive amounts. Pig shit also foul as fuck.

Never been around turkeys and never around more than a few hogs.

A lot of cattle farmers spread chicken shit on their fields for fertilizer. I like it because it makes the transplants bitch.

Never been around turkeys

I got a good buddy from Lexington, Kentucky. He visited MI during the winter one year. I took him 4 wheeling in the snow. Few turkeys ran out out of the trees in front of us and my southern bro lost his shit. “WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT!” Dude has never seen a turkey. Freaked him out. Was funny as hell.

There's wild turkeys all over here. I was talking about farmed turkeys

I live a few miles from a major state park called Stony Creek. Has beaches, golf courses, sailing etc…took my buddy there in the middle of December off roading. The turkeys there are huge. And they stood out against all the white running out in front of us. His mind simply couldn’t comprehend what he was seeing.

If he's from Kentucky, he's seen snow. I'm in Georgia and it snows a couple times every year

Lexington. Never seen snow. 🤷‍♂️

He’s also a white boy who was in an all black fraternity. Interesting dude.

I'm calling him a liar.

Ok, handi.

“Yeah man I never saw snow in Arkansas and we rarely got it in Kentucky.”

Just texted him.

“When I was flying into Detroit and could see the snow drifts from the sky, I was half asleep and thought I was still looking down at clouds.”

It snows in Kentucky. And Arkansas for that matter. Dude ain't trustworthy. I'd steer clear.

Maybe it was the size that blew him away. Ones I see down here are tall, but rather skinny for a turkey.
