GAME Selection Sunday Thread 6pm ET CBS

it has been over 8,000 days since a Big Ten school last won a national title
Not changing this year. I don’t think going to even get many to even the Sweet 16 this year

Fun fact: Your head coach punching another coach is actually worth 2 Quad 1 wins. That's how Michigan got in despite the 17-14 record
They were way too high, that surprised the fuck outta me.

Of the notable snubs is Texas A&M, who had a good run in the SEC Tournament before running out of fuel against Tennessee.

It's some bullshit to put any P5 champion that low. However, the region match ups aren't all that bad. I'd rather be in our spot than an 8/9. Truthfully though, no P5 champ should be lower than a 7 seed
They don't give a shit about Sunday championships. Edit: never mind. That was a Saturday one.

I think A&M should have been in over Indiana. Lowest seeded SEC team is 6.

Rutgers and Indiana getting in over A&M is absurd. Really wish Billy Packer was still workin', so he could rip into the committee

A&M can only blame themselves.

Total joke of a non con

I remember Oregon won 26 games, won the PAC 12 tournament and got a 12 seed

I like VT's chances in the first round

happy we made it but I don't think we deserved it. 8-13 vs Q1 and Q2 is pretty blah and I don't think our wins are very exciting outside of Purdue/Iowa

Don't finish strong and you fall. I thought it would be more. 2 wins over Purdue set the floor

I'm thinking the buzzer beater win over Purdue was the difference in Rutgers making the field.

Not getting a play in game was the biggest thing imo. 14 losses and avoiding play in is pretty wild.

And they got a great draw. CSU cannot stop Dickinson.

Pac-12 was kind of a hot mess not too long ago.

Oregon then went out and won by double digits against the #5 seed and #4 seed. Took the eventual champs down to the wire. It probably wasn't as bad as the media made it out to be

anyone got a link to a Disney group for brackets? or do I need to make one?

surprised St. Mary's got a #5... hope they make a deep run
