I concur with @SU Nittany Tide here. At first glance, it seems like it made the Chiefs weaker; but Tyreek's actions tell me that he's ready to max his bank account and coast to retirement. The Chiefs just got rid of that plus added potentially three more much younger & cheaper starters to their team in the process.

Hill is about to be over the hill for a guy who relies only on speed. KC getting that haul of picks for him makes KC so much stronger. That was a brilliant play by KC. Sure this may take them down to tier 2 in terms of SB favorites, but gives them a ton of ammo to be the favorites again in 2023.
 
I tell ya who has made some smart moves, but invested heavily in non-QB's is Miami. Don't see how they pull all of these pieces together this season, and then afford QB
